Domestic Orders (U.S.)

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing
• We ship from Concord, California, so customers closer to California may receive orders faster

International Orders

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after processing, depending on destination country
• International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs inspections or local regulations

All orders include a tracking number once fulfilled.

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds are not issued for:

• Worn or used items
• Incorrect sizing or change of mind
• Limited-release or final-sale items (clearly marked)

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

For exchanges only, simply email us:

• Your order number
• Your return tracking number
• The item you are exchanging

Once this information is received, we can issue a store gift card immediately, allowing you to place a new order right away—no need to wait for the item to arrive and be processed
